Foundation Training is a series of exercises based on integrating the muscular chains of the body. Our exercises begin with the Posterior Chain of Muscles to quickly stabilize your spine and core because our modern lifestyles leave most of these muscles weak and imbalanced. You can quickly learn the tools you need to fix many of the chronic pains plaguing our daily lives. Learning to connect the Posterior Chain will teach you to move naturally, evenly absorbing the weight of your body. Once you begin to move properly you will engage more muscles in every
step you take, sport you play, and exercise you choose to do. All ages and fitness abilities can benefit from Foundation Training because it teaches your body to move as nature intended. You will reach new heights in physical health and feel improved control of your body.

TRE stands for Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises
TRE is a simple technique that uses simple exercises to release stress or tension from the body that accumulate from every day circumstances of life, from difficult situations, immediate or prolonged stressful situations, or traumatic life experiences (i.e., natural disasters, social or domestic violence).

TRE is a set of six exercises that help to release deep tension from the body by evoking a self-controlled muscular shaking process in the body called neurogenic muscle tremors. The uniqueness of this technique is that this shaking originates deep in the core of the body of the psoas muscles. These gentle tremors reverberate outwards along the spine releasing tension from the sacrum to the cranium.

Let's say something hurts (I assume that is why you are here).
Maybe it's a knee that hurts. You go to your "health care provider" and they x-ray it, stick needles in it, give you pills for it,
cut into it and scrape around, and finally decide you need a new knee!

So, you get your new knee and everything is hunky dory, right?
Hold on there bubba • • • Did anybody ask why the knee went bad in the first place?
Why is the other knee OK? Aren't both knees the same age?
And here's the one that makes you say "Oh crap!"
Isn't the stress in your body that took out the knee still there?
Here's a hint: YES IT IS and it will most likely show up in another part of the body sooner or later.

You are a whole person. Everything connects to everything else! Your knee does not exist in isolation! Never quit asking; WHY did this happen, what is my body telling me? Pain is not the problem. It is your body screaming at you to PAY ATTENTION to it. I suggest you listen.

If you think this story is far fetched well it's not.
It's happening to thousands of folks each day in this country (well I don't really know how many but it has to be a bunch). I just hope you are not one of them.
